How to Feel Fit and Look Fabulous for your Wedding Day

This week Allison from Fit and Fabulous gives us some information on how we can Feel Fit and Look Fabulous.

All our Brides are truly beautiful, however sometimes they feel they need a little bit of help to feel it for their big day. Allison offers multiply avenues including one to one programmes or classes.

Allison recommends for Brides to have an initial appointment with her so she can understand their goals, ensure they are realistic and create a programme specifically for them. Having a personal trainer can really help with motivation, if you have an appointment booked it’s much harder to put off doing your exercises than going it alone.

If you have some Bridesmaids that wish to join your on your journey Allison provides lots of options for you to all get fitter together this might be using her personal gym, attending the same classes or having a new class created just for you and your special ladies.

Part of the program is to note down your food intake but also how it makes you feel so you know which foods to avoid in future.

Men needn’t feel left out as Allison offers a mens only Pilates class, perfect for Grooms or fathers who wish to get involved to Feel Fit and Look Fabulous!

Some tips for your Feel Fit and Look Fabulous journey:

Have a long term goal, but also break it up into short term goals to see progress along the way.

Progress take time! A one year goal is a fabulous timeline to work with.

Exercise goes quicker if you enjoy it.

Be sensible, you still have to enjoy life!
